These are great sounding speakers - the sound is very crisp and clean. In addition is the durability & construction: very hard plastic backs with heavy duty metal front grills.
Also they use a standard AC plug instead of an AC adapter and you can actually turn them completely off when away from the computer without having to uplug the adapter.
